More of our Ginny party

So, Ginny posted some great pics of each of us right after I uploaded mine.
Love them all (both pics and stitchers)!

Continuation of Ginny's party.

Molly had party favors for all of us -- tiny scrolls with multi-colored ribbons. We all selected one, and then read aloud the message we had chosen, or that had actually chosen us.  These were all so perfect for each one of us. We share them here:

Ginny's message.
Flora's message.

Sherry's message.

Maureen's message.

Bonnie's message.

Molly shared this with all of us.

We are blessed to have each other!!
What a special group!

September 7, 2015 -- We meet to celebrate Ginny's birthday and bid her farewell as she returns to her new home in Florida. We will miss her, but all have promised to visit her when the snow flies in Woodbury!! We really mean it, Ginny!
The flowers were spectacular
in Molly's bower!

Molly leading us in singing to Ginny.

Delicious chocolate cake!

Flora and Sherry

In all our minds Molly is a peach!

Tiny little vases with tiny blooms intrigued us all!

Flora's opus -- her beautifully embroidered
tablecloth is finished!!  (She's done with
embroidery for a while . ..) June 2014

Fall 2014 -- Molly invited us to her bower for some fun!
Molly's bower is full of flower!

A chorus line of stitchers! What fun!

Ginny's husband Don provided
entertainment, singing and
accompanying himself on guitar.

Ginny enjoying the ambiance.
Ron, Linnie, and Maureen
Sherry, Flora, and Molly chillin' to the tunes!

Sherry

We've all been so busy living that we have been lax on our stitching -- only of late!
So, I'll post some proof of some of the work that has been done since the last, long ago posting.
Ginny went to the small
with a sweet baby sweater,
in hot pink!

And then a lovely grown-up scarf.

Bonnie made a Santa hat
for her grown-up daughter
-- on request!

Maureen showed us two lovely silk
scarves she made in a class. Lovely!

Molly was working on another of her
unique embroidery creations.

This was our "annual" Christmas luncheon, celebrated
at the Cornucopia B&B. We stitch by the fire and then enjoy
a delicious meal together. A wonderful tradition!

Catching Up on the Stitchers!

Time flies faster than our knitting needles and crochet hooks and sewing needles!
Some photos to prove our busy-ness.

Flora nears the end of her tablecloth embroidery
project! A long haul, but so beautiful in the end!
Linnie created this Belgium Linen vest for  her friend Nancy (modeling). A free-hand
 vest with a
ruffle neck, size two needles!

Molly is always so creative with her
personalized  embroidery!
April 2-14 - and we take joy in being able to sit on Ginny's
deck in the early Spring warmth. What a treat!

Real men DO knit! Here's Ron modelling his
first creation in many years! Bravo!
Maureen has set the record for most afghans made --
she worked on this during a trip to visit her daughter
in Washington state. Wow!
And here's further proof --
another one for a lucky granddaughter!

Ginny models the beautifully soft and stylish
scarf she made for a granddaughter.
